Safe Shredding will place our secure containers in your location at no charge. You only pay for the shredding service which can be scheduled monthly, bi-monthly, weekly or even daily. We have established a flat rate billing system for our scheduled pickups that we believe is second to none in the industry. We have an absolute policy in which we never charge per minute fees or other miscellaneous service fees that have driven up our competitors’ shredding bills in the past. This guarantees that there will be no surprises when you receive our invoice.
This is ideal for an office that does not have a need for a scheduled service but has a large quantity of documents to shred on a yearly, bi-yearly or quarterly basis. We charge you on a per box, per drawer or pound basis, depending on what makes the most sense so that you only pay for what is being destroyed. Others charge for variables that are out of your control but we believe that you shouldn’t have to. Our vehicles are equipped with a certified scale that will give you an accurate weight of your documents if we charge per pound.
